Nick DeLuca

With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Nick has guided countless transactions, ranging from 800 to 365,000 square feet. His extensive expertise spans diverse sectors, including office spaces, retail properties, industrial complexes, medical facilities, senior housing (including land entitlement), investment sales, and cannabis retail & grow operations. Specializing in tenant/buyer representation, Nick has collaborated with a diverse clientele, demonstrating versatility in assisting both small office users and multinational corporations. Some notable clients include Hitachi Capital Corporation, FujiFilm Medical, United Parcel Service (UPS), Bank of America, Nine West Group, Chrysler Capital Corporation, Bridgewater Associates, Americares, Technoserve, Pharmacia-Upjohn, Starbucks, CVS, Taco Bell, Vein Institute, Collins Medical, Affinity Dispensary, Verano, USTA, Norseland Foods, Yale University Medical, Reedy Partners, The TNS Group, and ShareCare. Ami Soifer

Ami boasts a distinguished career with
over 30 years of leadership experience. Armed with an Electrical Engineering degree from Boston University, Ami commenced his professional journey with consulting practices catering to large and non-profit businesses in the New York metro area. Subsequently, he assumed a full-time role at GE Capital in Stamford before venturing into entrepreneurship by founding The TNS Group in 1997. Under Ami’s visionary leadership, The TNS Group transformed into a prominent Managed Service Provider (MSP) firm, establishing a substantial presence in the Northeast and international offices. During his tenure, Ami honed skills in M&A, legal affairs, and multi-geographical business management. At Square Foot Realty, Ami leverages his extensive expertise in management, operations, quality assurance, and strategic growth to contribute invaluable insights. His distinguished career and multifaceted skill set highlight his pivotal role in guiding Square Foot Realty towards continued success and innovation in the real estate industry.

Chief Marketing Officer

Lana Giancarli

Lana brings a vibrant background of corporate branding and entrepreneurial experience to Square Foot Realty. While simultaneously working toward an MBA, Lana's professional career began in the consumer packaged goods industry. After a series of progressive marketing and analytic roles, Lana opened her first business in Norwalk, CT in 2019. With Nick's help finding the perfect retail space, Lana personally designed and managed the buildout of Neon Dog - a pet supply market and dog grooming salon. During her tenure as sole owner and operator, Neon Dog became a community fixture and popular e-commerce business, serving thousands of local and national customers. Lana then built a second e-commerce retail business, Redux, around her long-time passion of thrifting secondhand and vintage fashion. Lana approaches each real estate challenge with not only the mindset of a business owner, but also with the vision and creativity to recognize the unique possibilities for your commercial space.
